Cardio Kickboxing

A fat-burning, muscle-building workout that puts together striking with interval training. Get ready to throw jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, as well as fire front kicks, round kicks, and knees into pads and heavy bags. Students can expect to be exhausted afterward, leaving with sweat and a smile. The average person can burn between 800 and 1,200 calories in a one-hour class. Not to mention the metabolism will be 10% to 15% higher for the next eighteen hours.

Cardio Kickboxing Class Schedule

Mondays: No Class

Tuesdays: 6:30pm

Wednesdays: No Class

Thursdays: 6:45pm

Fridays: 7:30pm

Saturdays: No Class

Sundays: Gym Closed
